Learning grammar intuitively is preferable to just talking about it. Obsession with grammar rules can be an impediment to speaking.
At the end of each lesson, the trainer asks the trainees to list what they have remembered; at the beginning of each lesson, the trainer reviews what was studied in the previous lesson.
