Our approach and method

 Preparation is fundamental to successful training. It includes the customer’s brief (their objectives, timeframe, budget and trainee questionnaire) and an evaluation of their 4 language skills: oral and written comprehension and expression).

  Programming is the process that begins with the learner’s pedagogical objectives (lexical and functional), followed by a training programme based on the trainee’s level, their pre-defined objectives and their availability, and finally by the quotation (a written proposition specifying the number of hours, the hourly rate and where the lessons will occur). The estimate becomes the official contract once countersigned by the customer.

 Our pedagogical follow-up is a guarantee of your investment: it starts with a note confirming the training course’s start-up date, includes the monthly issuing of an attendance sheet and immediate notification if attendance is too low. On completion of the course, a training appreciation sheet is handed to the trainee to complete.

 A skills assessment report shows the progress made by the trainee with remarks and recommendations for future training.
