Le programme, complètement personnalisé, privilégie la méthode intuitive (grâce à un exercice choisi le stagiaire devine la règle qui est, en un second temps, énoncée par le formateur), sensibilise le stagiaire aux différents niveaux linguistiques (on n'écrit pas à un collègue, à un fournisseur ou à un client de la même manière) et attire son attention sur les limites des correcteurs d'orthographe.

Les cours individuels ont lieu dans notre centre de formation ou en entreprise.

Nous proposons également des ateliers collectifs de prise de parole, 6 heures pour 6 participants.

This adaptable course puts forward the intuitive method (through a precise exercise the learner will understand a grammatical rule which will only then be given by the teacher). The course also addresses the different levels of language (writing to a colleague will not require the same style as writing to a supplier or customer) and underlines the limited solutions of online spell checks.

Individual courses can take place in the Multilangues training centre or in your company.

We also offer "Taking the floor" workshops, 6 hours for 6 participants.

The fundamentals

Good and pleasant working conditions for the trainee. At Multilangues: bright and airy classes, mobile phone switched off during lessons. At your company: We insist on the office or meeting room door being closed, answering machines/voicemails on, no disturbances.

Focus on oral expression rather than writing. Speak before writing.

100% Foreign language use in the lessons by native speakers.

Intuitive grammar: Talking about language is not necessarily speaking it. Grammatical explanations only complement intuitive assimilation,otherwise they become an obstacle to speaking.

F & R: fix and revise. At the end of each lesson, the trainer asks the trainee to list what he has remembered; at the beginning of each lesson, the trainer reviews what was done during the previous lesson.

Skills assessment report

Preparation is fundamental to successful training. It includes the customer's brief (their objectives, timeframe, budget and trainee questionnaire) and an evaluation of their 4 language skills: oral and written comprehension and expression).

Programming is the process that begins with the learner's pedagogical objectives (lexical and functional), followed by a training programme based on the trainee's level, their pre-defined objectives and their availability, and finally by the quotation (a written proposition specifying the number of hours, the hourly rate and where the lessons will occur). The estimate becomes the official contract once countersigned by the customer.

Our pedagogical follow-up is a guarantee of your investment: it starts with a note confirming the training course's start-up date, includes the monthly issuing of an attendance sheet and immediate notification if attendance is too low. On completion of the course, a training appreciation sheet is handed to the trainee to complete.

A skills assessment report shows the progress made by the trainee with remarks and recommendations for future training.
